Great article by Dr.Manning.

Never thought of the issue of flags on caskets inside churches....but on reflection, Manning is correct; they don't belong in the church.

Yet, I think I'll prepare a codicil to my Will, asking for the 3rd National NOT to be removed. Reason??? It contains the cross.

Saw a video on You Tube of PalmettoPatriot (who posted here) interviewing Dr Michael Hill and they touched on this same subject. On balance I would say its right not to have flags in churches. But some churches with past connections to various army regiments do have their flags on display. These churches are usually Anglican churches. Presbyterian,Baptists etc don't have them. Not that I know of anyway.
